ANNOUNCEMENTS:
We have created team records to get them ready for a record display board at the new facility. For the age groups of 6-U, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 we were able to go back to the season of 2000-2001, for the age groups of 13-14 and 15-21 we only had results as far back as 2004-2005 season. We would like to go further back if someone has proof of times achieved. Please look these over, if you feel your swimmer had or has beat one of these records, please bring proof to Michelle Snelson at the Springfield YMCA. Proof needs to consist of an official signed final result or award from a specific meet, showing the SPY swimmer’s name, age group, event, and final time. The only meets that will count are meets that SPY participated in that were swum in 25 yard pools. (We have not created records for the spring/summer seasons which are 50 meter pools.) We will have them updated after each meet when someone breaks a record. Paper copies have been placed in everyone’s family filemailbox, and a copy will be displayed on the team bulletin board.
